What is a compatible Cartridge or Toner?
Similar to the original branded cartridge and manufactured under licence in accordance with ISO 9001 certified standards. Cartridges are produced by generic manufacturers resulting in a better deal for consumers with no diminution in quality.
Is my warranty invalidated if I use a compatible?
No. You have the right to use compatibles manufactured under licence despite what the printer manufacturer may state. Original Equipment Manufacturers are not allowed to void your printer warranty for using compatible or remanufactured toner or ink cartridges.
Is my warranty supported by Law?
Yes. Two pieces of legislation prohibit companies from voiding warranties when an end user wants to use a third-party laser toner or inkjet cartridge that has not been made by that company. The laws are referred to as the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act (MMA) and the Sherman Antitrust Act and Clayton Antitrust Act.
Any hidden charges?
No. You pay only the quoted amount as per the website and delivery is FREE ON EVERYTHING to anywhere in Ireland.
What time do I have to place my order to ensure next day delivery?
Our cut off time is 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will ship next working day, FREE of charge.
Do you offer same day delivery?
YES…………. If you live in Dublin and place an order between 9am and 1pm and call us on 01 5313862. Additional charge €12.50 + VAT.
What time can I expect my order if it ships for next day delivery?
Usually before 12 noon but always before 5:30pm. Products are shipped FREE national wide via An Post.

Are the ink and toner cartridges recyclable?
Yes. Ink and toner cartridges are completely recyclable. They can be brought to your local council amenity facility and since they are classed as recyclables, no charge is applied.
What if my cartridge does not work?
If there is any issue with the cartridge, Carter will troubleshoot the issue with you. If we are unable to resolve the issue by phone and/or email, we will send a replacement cartridge and/or refund you. Whatever best suits you!
Do you guarantee the cartridges?

Where is my VAT Invoice?
One your order has been completed & dispatched a completed order confirmation email is sent to you with a link to your VAT Invoice. If you experience a problem with this, drop us a mail at email@example.com
